Someone recently recommended this Ted video about a Google employee who tried a 30-day challenge each month, and I decided that it was something that I could attempt to do, too. Who doesn’t have a long list of things they have always wanted to do, or want to do more often, or even get out of the habit of doing? Thirty days – a month – is a long period of time – but it is also brief enough to whiz by. Why not start checking off that list at the beginning of the next month? And what better format than a blog to help record the process (and force me – and others? – to make sure that I complete my montly challenges)?
